  • Cloud IT Solutions can Provide Professional Services for Solutions Providers. We are happy to serve our Customer`s Customer as in the name of our Customer. We do Professional Services on DATA, Voice and Call Center Applications. We deal very carefully on our customer`s customer and perfectly finish our Professional Services.


IT Infrastructure -SLA

  • Just as changing the oil in your car’s engine prolongs the life of your vehicle, Preventative Maintenance by Cloud IT Solutions extends the life of your Computer System, Network Devices, PABX and reduces the chances of unexpected failures.
  • Once you become an Cloud IT Solutions SLA Customer, a Preventative Maintenance Schedule is developed with recommended procedures to be performed during each Preventative Service Call. Cloud IT Solutions technical personnel will work with your staff to plan preventative for you. This plan will encompass the unique needs of your Computer's.
  • Once the schedule is in place, Cloud IT Solutions field service technicians will quarterly perform maintenance procedures that will ensure uniform and complete preventative care. Cloud IT Solutions can also conduct physical audits of your Computer's during preventative maintenance calls, which may reduce your insurance rates.
  • We always think that prevention is better than Cure, as we also believe that proper maintenance and Follow-up provides lowest down time in case of computer systems. We had noticed that most of the organization in IT industry is unable to provide sound after sales support, simply because of lack of concentration in the field of after-sales-support.
  • We have full fledged after sales department. Headed by one of the trained staff of the organization. We have huge inventory of the spares, we are sure that will minimize your down time to great extent. Our teams of support engineers are always on alert to solve your problem irrelevant of Software or Hardware.
  • The Service Contract is for maintaining the Computer Hardware, Software of SMB Organizations. Cloud IT Solutions IT is pleased to provide On Call Services (the “Service” or “Services”) in accordance with this Service Description. 
  • This Service provides Customers with Telephone Support to help answer common questions about Computers Products and Pay as You Need of services.


  • Services include: 


  •     Telephone 
  •     Remote  
  •     On-site support 
  • Issues related to Software, Networking, Third-party software, Virus or Malware, Data and security for Supported Products on a per incident basis, as set forth on Customer’s invoice. We have blended our qualitative service with the latest technology to offer our customers a competitive edge

Telephony and Call Center -SLA

Support and Maintenance of Existing Avaya PABX and Call Center


Unlimited support hours


  • AMC {On-site / Telephone / Email / Remote Login Support}- 24/7
  • For Critical issues, affects multiple people significantly Cloud IT Response time 2 hour and resolution time until resolved.
  • For Normal issues, affects a small number of users significantly but work can be performed Cloud IT response time 4 and resolution time 24 hours.
  • For Other issues, affects one user, but work can still be performed Cloud IT Response time 8 hours and resolution time next business day
  • Cloud IT will provide all the SLA support through On site, remote login, Telephone and Email.
  • Cloud IT engineer visit the onsite location if required

CCTV and Security Systems -SLA

  • Cloud IT Solutions do SLA for CCTV and Access Control Systems, Quaterly visit to clean the network rack and CCTV equipment. Monitor the Storage status, Backup, Performance and perform Fine tuning if required. 
  •  Exclusions: Parts replacement (in case of Hardware failure) not included.  Major Hardware / Software upgrades or reprogramming to add additional capabilities or functionality to the Supported Product. Major Configuration / Installation of new additional Hardware / Software.  Physical shifting of Hardware not included. If any of the above is required, Cloud IT can provide the support on Chargeable basis.
